Received service from Brooks Brothers with respect to alterations. Consulted with the tailor on duty and received superb advice and recommendations on adjustments required to ensure proper fit of suit after weight loss. Recommendations included collar splicing, side and back tucks, button realignments, and pants tapering. The knowledge of Ms. Lan pertaining to the inner lining and adjustments to ensure if weight gain occurs, suite can be expanded to fit were phenomenal. Went into the store in a suit and tie during my work lunch break. There was no one in the store and they seemed happy to see me. I have a suit rip and asked them if they could repair it. They said no and both of the sales representatives walked off. I was going to buy a replacement but they had no interest. There was no one else in the store they were just done talking to me.
