Went into the store in a suit and tie during my work lunch break. There was no one in the store and they seemed happy to see me. I have a suit rip and asked them if they could repair it. They said no and both of the sales representatives walked off. I was going to buy a replacement but they had no interest. There was no one else in the store they were just done talking to me. Was profiled the moment I went in and had a clerk come up to me and explicitly say, "Don't steal anything."
I would never do this complaint except I don't want it to happen to others. Called in last week to confirm when a tailor was there to alter a suit from them and confirmed. Called morning of and spoke to I believe the manager and confirmed was coming to alter a nice suit from them and that the tailor was there. They confirmed. Got there, spoke to them, changed into suit then they asked me if it had been dry cleaned. I told them once as I don t wear it often. I had an outstanding experience at the Brooks Brothers store in Tysons Corner today. I originally came in this morning simply to try on jacket sizes after purchasing two suits and a blazer at a different location. Those items were already a near-perfect fit—just the sleeves were slightly long and needed a small adjustment. From the moment I walked in, Quentin was a pleasure to work with.
