Sales people and manager are all extremely helpful and really care about your suit fitting just how you want it!
Upon talking with the sales associate and being reassured an item ordered would be received in a timely manner after paying for 2 day shipping it wasn't.After calling customer service the item ended up being (scheduled) to ship a MONTH later. Customer service said they couldn't issue a refund or cancel as well as the store itself. The item will have to be returned after delivery for a refund.
This is my favorite men's wear store of ALL time! Eric was very helpful and the selection is beyond awesome!!! I saw in the comments that someone said this was an old people store lol? Well, if you're use to dressing traditional and in a classy way you wouldn't see it as such. Walked in; i was not dressed the part to shop here. I did not come in looking like an official Brooks Brothers patron. However, the manager didn’t treat any differently. At first, I thought he was just a salesperson. He helped me find my fit in blazers and didn’t flinch at me trying on multiple. He was knowledgeable and low pressure. He was honest with how the garment looked on me. All in all, He was a great salesman.
