I wear a shirt once. Wash it. Iron it. Iron set at medium setting burned a $140 shirt. I spoke to manager Rocco. He said I was the first person to ever have this complaint in the years he has worked there. Goodbye Brooks Brothers.

Shauna is the best! Needed a suit for my son’s wedding. She got me fit right, and made sure the tailoring was perfect. I’ll definitely be a repeat customer.
I walked into the store with my Family to buy some new shirts and pants, the sales lady came up to me and asked what I was looking for and I told her some casual stuff for work and she rudely said can you speak up. I told the family “let’s go”. Just ridiculous and uncalled for.
Terrible customer service. Came in asking if they had a certain style in or some help to match my family’s outfits for photos and zero customer service or care. It’s a wonder why they have a 3.9 star on Google. I’ll take my business elsewhere
