Love every second we spent at Brooks Brothers at Peabody location! All thanks to Eva! She was an incredible help to our family. She gave great suggestions and we left feeling very satisfied! She has an irreplaceable talent and customer service skills. Thank you Eva!
My fianc� and I are suit shopping for our wedding next month and brooks brothers was the first place we stopped. Jennifer was so incredibly helpful and kind. She really took the pressure off of us feeling awkward and let us play dress up as well as gave us some very sweet advice before we get married. She was super knowledgeable, helped style us, and asked her colleague for second opinions and they were both so great. Her daughter is also getting married soon so congratulations, Jen! ❤

I've usually received good service in this store, but today while shopping in store, I needed to use the restroom and saw they had a door open leading to what looked like a public restroom. I started walking towards it and a staff member aggressively shooed me away. She said they no longer had a restroom available to the public since COVID, which I understand, but I think it's reasonable to assume a propped open door leading to what looks like a public restroom... is a public restroom.
