Love every second we spent at Brooks Brothers at Peabody location! All thanks to Eva! She was an incredible help to our family. She gave great suggestions and we left feeling very satisfied! She has an irreplaceable talent and customer service skills. Thank you Eva!
My fiancé and I are suit shopping for our wedding next month and brooks brothers was the first place we stopped. Jennifer was so incredibly helpful and kind. She really took the pressure off of us feeling awkward and let us play dress up as well as gave us some very sweet advice before we get married. She was super knowledgeable, helped style us, and asked her colleague for second opinions and they were both so great. Her daughter is also getting married soon so congratulations, Jen! ❤️

I've usually received good service in this store, but today while shopping in store, I needed to use the restroom and saw they had a door open leading to what looked like a public restroom. I started walking towards it and a staff member aggressively shooed me away. She said they no longer had a restroom available to the public since COVID, which I understand, but I think it's reasonable to assume a propped open door leading to what looks like a public restroom... is a public restroom. I have been a customer of Brooks Brothers for over 30 years…and the North Shore Mall store for many years. I am so very disappointed with the service and knowledge of the current sales staff in this store. I purchased shirts in a specific size, only to find out when I arrived home, that a random size was placed in my bag by the sales associate who was rushing and not pleased that I arrived too close to closing time.
