I went to return a white dress, but the cashier told me there was makeup on the neck area and refused to accept the return. I explained that I do not wear makeup, so the stain was not from me. Another staff member nearby, who was fully involved in the conversation, also insisted they could not take it back and told me to lower my voice, even though I was only trying to explain the situation. Josh and Paula at this Brooks Brothers location were absolutely exceptional. We came in to find suits for my husband, and they handled everything with a level of care and professionalism that truly stood out. They were patient, knowledgeable, and helped us track down his exact sizes, even checking online for pieces that weren’t available in-store. I had a fantastic experience at the Brooks Brothers store in the Clarksburg Outlet Mall. The store itself is clean, well-organized, and stocked with an excellent selection, but what really made my visit exceptional was the customer service. Tony went above and beyond to assist me—he was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cared about helping me find exactly what I needed.
