The shirts are great, but the customer service was unacceptable. The sales associate acted as though letting a customer try on a shirt before buying was an inconvenience because he “would have to fold it.” That alone was surprising, but what made the experience worse was his attitude after we chose different shirts. Great selections and great people. We shopped there for sometime and they patiently helped us with all the questions and got us everything we were looking for. I'd definitely go back here!
This store is hit or miss on customer service. I have had some really good customer service, and some not so good. Their regular pricing is nothing special, but you can get some great deals when they are having their holiday sales, plus they can have some amazing end of season clearance. The quility of the clothes is very good, I would say it can be exceptional. The product selection of suits and dress shirts is very good. The store is clean, well lite and organized well.
The manager Renata signed us up with an account without our knowledge. When we got a promotional credit offer she would not accept. She followed my son around this whole place, kept asking about questions like she was better than us. Bad experience in my opinion after they stole our information.
My salesperson was very helpful and has good taste when it comes to tie recommendations. Take it from me I bought two suits at a steal of a deal.
