Wow, looking at the 1-star reviews couldnt be further from the excellent experience I had. I was immediately greeted by Jonathan who not only educated me on their shirt sizing but fitted me with the perfect shirt size. He toured me around to show me what their sale items were, told me to look around and reach out if I had any questions. The service experience he offered did all the selling. We visited the outlet on Friday night and customer service is non existent at this location. Even though there were hardly any customers the reps did not greet us or ask if we needed any support. Do better!
