Excellent customer service
Nice clothes that are made from high quality materials is one of the pluses of this brand. However, one of the customer service reps (bald spot in the back of his head) was nonchalant when I requested some guidance on a good shirt that would work for an occasion that I was intending.
Rude and pushy salespeople. Cheap, poorly made suits.
