Went there after receiving email re 50% sale. Looking for a new suit. Stood in suit department for about 20 minutes without a single sales person asking if I needed help. The only sales person in the suit department was chatting with another customer for that 20 minute period of time, never said hello to me, never said she would be with me when finished with customer she was talking to. After 20 minutes, I left.
Very disappointing customer service. Nancy Efron was the worst salesperson I have come across this holiday season.
