Walking our dogs as we always do past Brooks Bikes & the employee was on his E-Bike & speed straight towards us with 3 dogs on leashes, Startling the dogs & us while we were on the sidewalk. NEVER SLOWED DOWN!!! When he could've just gone around us or crossed the street. GO FIGURE IT WAS 10:04 am on 10/7/2025 & Brooks opens at 9am.... happened at the corner of the vacant lot & the parking lot Brooks shares with the other businesses. Very disrespectful!!!

Excellent service and treat you like family.
We have been to all locations and every one of them is great. We love the Covington shop - rentals for the whole family. Latest was getting the big flyer at the Slidell location. The owner is patient, answered all our questions and helped us get the best bike. 100% recommend if you are looking for a new bike, rent a bike, or even need a repair on your current bike. They even have skate boards and all kinds of stuff! Shop local!!
