Horrible . I was a new client but the person I had been in communication with to book the appointment was so rude . They seemed to never be available when I was available , they laughed at me and said "I see you are a very busy person like Trump " . I don't even know what that means but it seemed very mocking and unprofessional . At that point I wouldn't even feel comfortable going there anymore if that's how rude they are over the phone to a new client . I purchased two massage coupons and came in for my first session — everything went fine and I even left a $20 tip. When I returned for my second appointment, I got undressed and was already laying down when the lady came back into the room and started yelling at me, accusing me of only tipping $5 last time. I told her I tipped $20, and after she checked her book she realized she made a mistake. But by that moment, I already felt extremely uncomfortable and didn’t even want to stay for the second massage.
I would love to give a shout out to the spa owner that personally did my full body massage. She got out a lot of the tension I was holding and made my experience specialized taking care of all the areas that really needed attention. My daughter being 8 felt comfortable waiting there as my masseuse got her an extra blanket to have while waiting. This little lady has some strong hands. Very good at applying the right amount of pressure on my points. She's been doing this for a while and I can tell she is very in tune with each patient's body. I feel great and I'll be coming back.
