The server messed up our order by adding several sandwiches and I didn't catch it. We were enjoying our delicious food (dine in) when a staff member came over and informed us of the error so they could give us a refund. Above and beyond that, they generously gave us the extra sandwiches that were accidently added to the order. I greatly appreciate the honesty and generosity that was shown to me, especially since I probably wouldn't have ever caught the error. Thank you Brooklyn Bagel!
First time eating here and I’ve never been to a place like this! The vibe and energy is good. The staff were friendly and fun. The place is very clean. And most importantly, their Black Russian bagel is delicious. Perfectly kettled and baked.
