Took twice the normal time to get to the airport because the driver got lost. Nearly missed our flight.
The ride was overpriced for the quality of service. Old vehicle, rude driver, and uncomfortable seats.
Driver had no idea where he was going and relied on me to give directions the entire time.
A+ Service! We were a party of 12 with two travelers with mobility issues. I spoke with Andrew and coordinated three trips with him for travel in Brooklyn, Manhattan and Newark NJ. Communication was outstanding and I never waited long for a response to my emails! Justin was our driver for two trips. Kind and courteous, a real gentleman. Luggage was packed with care.
