Broken Item. Painful return process. – I bought a bag here that broke after 1 use. Seeing how it comes with a lifetime warranty, I sent it back at my own expense for repair. This item was deemed unrepairable after many weeks of waiting and I was offered a store credit. Don't want the store credit for another broken item, just want my money back for the $100 bag I never got to use. First experience with Brooklyn Industries and not a good one at that. Only positive note, the service people I've dealt with have been nice.
