Used to be great, steadily declining over the past few years. Staff used to be helpful, now mostly kids who don’t care. Tonight my cashier was eating chips so the one hard, scanning with the other and throwing my items on the counter.
Though I love this grocery store, they've had a LOT of spoiled food issues as of late! I've encountered two moldy lemons, three packages of cubed cheese in their deli area that were moldy, two spoiled oranges. One of the managers said their AC went out. Okay, fine. BUT YOU DO NOT KEEP SPOILED FOOD OUT FOR PEOPLE TO BUY AND GET SICK FROM! YOU INSPECT EVERY PIECE OF PRODUCT YOU HAVE! DESTROY THE SPIILED PRODUCT! YOU DO NOT LEACE IT OUT THERE! This grocery store is the Ferrari of grocery stores. As a Texan I thought I’d forever be loyal to HEB but this place set a new bar. The organization and layout is the perfect grocery store experience. Everything I could think of that I wanted was there.
