Phone just rings out, if you do get someone they are usually demeaning and nasty, mad that you are actually calling their service for information or help. You're asked questions but aren't allowed to answer, typical law enforcement tactics. You're told to call Lift who refers you to them. So you're shuffled back and forth because neither organizations actually helps anyone. Lazy staff and don't do their job and work with their clients. Wouldn't recommend this office location to anyone being that they don't do anything and as the client one has to keep taking out a substantial amount of time just for them to do one thing. Horrible representation as attorneys and I would highly suggest to seek for representation elsewhere.
