Bad management. Unprofessional work environment. Unresponsive. The AC and elevator have not been working for a month during NY Art fair week. I finished production in the heat and humidity and had to move an entire sculpture show through the stairs, which damaged two of my works who were meant to be held flat. I asked for a discount on my expensive studio's rent but the management could not care less.
