The staff and settings were very comforting. When I started the routine I was in severe back/leg pain and was at the end of my rope. After completing the initial phase of treatment I can happily say I am pain free for the first time in years. Thanks Riz & Co I would have given 5 starts, but nothings perfect.

Rez saved my life. I suffer from post-herpetic neuralgia from a bout of shingles 3.5 years ago, which requires a lot of medication just to get through the day. Rez has given me hope that I might one day get off the medication - hope I had completely lost before acupuncture. I recently called my mom and we cried as I told her how much better I am feeling after less than 2 months with Rez. I came in specifically because a Reddit comment mentioned the reasonable pricing. I was dismayed to be quoted $250 per session and $500 for 3 sessions. When I said I wanted to think about it I felt very pressured to book the appointments. I tried to cancelled and it took 3 days for me to get ahold of them to refund me. Overall would not go back, especially when open care community - sliding scale acupuncture as low as $50 - is basically next door.
