I have been going to Laura Kauffman for acupuncture for years. I recently suffered frozen shoulder and she skillfully released tension and muscles with acupuncture, cupping, and muscular massage and movement. I have vastly improved and accelerated my recovery because of her skillful approach and deep knowledge and understanding.
Laura is a knowledgeable and deeply skilled practitioner with decades of experience. She brings her curiosity, compassion and intuition to each session. Laura is the best! The space is warm and so peaceful. I went for 3 micro needling sessions because I began to get breakouts in specific areas on my face. She took the time to ask me about my history and skin care routine. Then explained a few reasons why I could be breaking out and how to change those habits.
