The one star is for the sheets being soft and summer weather friendly! Beyond that, Buy these sheets at your own risk. Any stain will not come off no matter what you do. In addition, the “customer service” is atrocious and paranoid and blame the customer. I provided pictures and followed washing instructions, even used over priced detergent they recommended & at the end, you’re left with damaged sheets. Waste of money! However, if you have a disposable income, please don’t hesitate to buy these sheets..

Dylan and his team did a fantastic job helping me quickly and efficiently. Everyone was incredibly helpful and polite, and their products are excellent as well. I’ll definitely be going back and would highly recommend them.
