Nurse bitching at the one person in his room that was not very nice because he wanted to get up out of bed
Just visited my grandmother here and she seems to be doing incredibly well. The staff are incredibly kind, caring, and patient.
When my grandmother was unexpectedly admitted to memory care, the staff went above and beyond. Everyone knows her by name and treats her like family, not just a patient. The kindness, compassion, and communication here have given us so much peace of mind. We are truly grateful for the care she receives.
The staff here is great, very helpful and caring. They have great activities and encourage the residents to join in..
I frequent several nursing facilities across the state and I am routinely impressed with that staff and administration at Brookline. Keep it up!
