Very attentive services ,pleasant, accommodating . This has been my bank for25 years .
I was greeted at the door very kindly. But when I went to go speak with the teller she was rude in this respectful. I kindly asked her if I could have a few $2 bills and she lied to my face saying she didn't have any when they were clearly in her register. I will be talking to the branch manager.

The employees at this branch give exceptional service! They skillfully and efficiently helped me, the employees friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend!
The manager marina is a lier. I have been with brookline bank for almost 13 years. Love the service at the other branches, especially newton centre. This one however is terrible. No one cares. They lie right to you face. Completely put off by these people. If it weren't for Lillian and all the other wonderful people I have met there over the years, I would have closed my accounts on the spot.
