I have banked there for many years. Suresh P. has been amazing! Truly kind, helpful, and goes out of his way. Oleana has also been helpful too though I have less contact with her. I used to go to citizens bank and omg, this one is so much better.
I switched to Brookline Bank from Citizens. I really prefer Brookline Bank. Better, friendlier service. No hassles checking account. Manager is very nice.
