I learned about Brooklin Laser from a friend when I was shopping around for a Skin Analysis. During my appointment with one of the girls, I was shocked to learn how congested my skin was. After following a few inexpensive recommendations like cleansing 2 times a day and exfoliating 1-2 times a week, my skin looks and feels ten years younger. I’m looking forward to trying the Divine Facial and then having Vascular Laser for broken capillaries.
What a great experience! Nicole is the best. I was so hesitant about laser therapy for my facial hair but starting with my initial consultation with Nicole I was so welcomed and comfortable. Since then she has made the experience so easy and I have seen amazing results, I'm just so happy with her professional approach as well as her friendly demeanor. To say she puts you at ease is an understatement. Thank you so much Nicole for everything!!
EDITED to add: After my review I received a call from the owner, Asifa. She confirmed that my initial interaction was with the manager, Lori not her. I will say that the owner was understanding of my concerns as outlined in my review below. I appreciate her reaching out and her attempts to ensure my concerns were addressed. Staff are lovely (although lots of turn over) but owner not so much! I purchased two laser hair removal packages at the Brooklin Laser Hair Removal Clinic and started my treatments. My disappointment came from an incident where I had to cancel my 11:50am appointment because my child was taken to the hospital by Ambulance that morning. I called and left a message for the clinic and then followed up again with an employee before my appointment.
