Yes you are correct @lysa K, Mr. Ronald Cooley is very unprofessional and BIAS. I am truly heart broken and hurt that is would happen at my church which I love. It is very sad the he is the CEO and makes the last decision based on his personal feelings. I pray that Pastor Jackson would review this or that someone check his performance. I will be removing all my money from this credit union. I just pray the right person will see this and begin to manage him. Sorry not Sorry
The employees are always very friendly, professional and caring. They listen to your needs and are helpful. I have been a member for years, have used the loan program and several accounts and love the service.
