We can’t say enough wonderful things about Brookings Senior Living. The level of comfort, care and compassion was unparalleled and truly felt like a home. They were incredibly gracious to us as a family allowing us ample time with our father and grandfather when his time was drawing near. Lanai and her staff were exceptionally attentive and kind and he was always clean, dressed and well groomed. It is difficult when you reach the end of a life well lived, Brookings truly felt like Heaven's waiting room.
Trust is important when choosing a place for a family member. We had 48 hours to find a place for my mother in-law. The hospital said she needed hospice and didn’t recommend we bring her home. We hurried and read reviews and visited a couple places. We were impressed with Brookings. We very specifically asked one of the owners about their policy on refunds since we were asked to pay for the next month up front.
