My son purchased a red couch. Took over a week to deliver in town. They had a matching chair that he expressed interest in. They OFFERED a to put a hold on the chair being that it was discontinued. When we went back to purchase within the hold period,they had sold the couch. There was no apology just attitude. Not someplace I would recommend!!
