Would give them no stars but was not a choice. Overnight staff is horrible left my Mom naked in bed with diaper draped over her because they were too lazy to keep changing her. Had her drugged up and was in a catatonic state. For her safety had to remove her from this awful place. If you love your loved ones do not go there
My uncle was in there 17 days. The care and food were horrible most of the time. One night he only had a piece of pizza that looked like card board and a cup of fruit. They never gave him the drink he wanted and we always had to have them bring something else. One day he did not get breakfast or lunch. A friend that was there went and asked for him to get some food. Call lights were not answered for hours especially at night. Definitely agree about the poor food and quality! We have been complaining for a year now about over cooked vegetables that are mushy. Fish that about an 8th inch thick with half inch of breading. When my mother asks for more of anything, she is told they ran out. They fill out a menu every morning. Many times they receive something different because they are out of what was scheduled that morning. Tonight's "smoked sausage" was a plain hot dog on a plate!!!LoL Is that even a nutrients serving of protein?????
Late retrieving patients from the hospital. No UTI prevention protocol in place despite being asked about it for 25 years. Food is low quality and quantity. For example, 5 French fries.
