If I could give zero stars I would. They neglected my mom. They kept her room hot, closed the door, didn’t have water within reach, and put her cell phone far enough away that she couldn’t reach it. All of this while was was delirious from sepsis. My dad and I had to fight to have her transported to the hospital. You will not find a nicer place for people who are in need of independent living or dependent. If you do, you’re very lucky! We visited several retirement homes around our area and I also have experience dealing with retirement homes in the past. Not only is the building top notch, the staff is the best. Don’t believe me, ask them how long they have worked there.
Night staff is terrible. Understaffed in the evening. Wait for 2 hours or more for help. Attitudes are getting worse
So far one evening it's been terrible
Would give them no stars but was not a choice. Overnight staff is horrible left my Mom naked in bed with diaper draped over her because they were too lazy to keep changing her. Had her drugged up and was in a catatonic state. For her safety had to remove her from this awful place. If you love your loved ones do not go there
