Very poor management system, I think it need to be work on right person at right place so that the work will be efficient.
I recently visited this facility to see my friend’s grandparents and stayed there for most of the day. What I observed was quite concerning. The same staff members were working from morning until late at night without proper rotation, which gave the impression that employees are being heavily overworked and understaffed. I have just had 2 weeks respite care at Brookhaven Retirement village, the care,respect, food my god amazing every 2 hrs something to eat and drink. All staff are special and so much care to everyone ❤ a great insight for me and I truly would recommend it didn't really want to leave but feel rested but health will take time. Thanyou everyone at Brookhaven.
