Don't believe the vague reviews. They recently had a red hand for ABUSE by Medicare. They have a two-star for staff because they don't hire enough people - which turns into neglect and abuse. We witnessed a lot of it and left. They retaliated against staff - heard them saying they reported the violations and were retaliated against. It's one of the worst. Though it's an older building, it is currently in the process of getting a face-lift. The care my dad received while here was EXCEPTIONAL. It is recently under new management, within the last 2-3 months, & they are making many positive changes & updates. Maria, the Chief Nursing Officer, is so welcoming as is her entire staff.
