Brookfield is a lovely home from home care home, it has a great atmosphere and the staff are friendly and caring towards the residents and it’s clear to see the residents are well looked after and loved by the staff

CQC investigations on going one of the concerns CQC pointed out was safety with in the home this information can be found on the CQC website this home did not score a good rating and things need to be improved as there are other concerns CQC has pointed out I know a ex staff member used to work there and the information I heared was shocking when it comes to patient care its not fit for a gold fish so think before you rate this home things go on behind closed doors

From the moment my mother was placed at Brookfield, I knew we had made the right choice. The management and staff had the patience of Job helping a proud independent lady acclimate to her surroundings. It is obvious the residents come first and nothing is too much trouble. Everyone is treated with dignity and respect in a warm and friendly atmosphere. After a brief spell in hospital, Mum couldn’t wait to go back saying they’d look after her better at Brookfield than they were at the hospital. We are always made welcome when ... read more
