Brooke was amazing in process and answering questions. I had many and was moving from NC after the military to VT and she was very engaged in our process. I cannot overstate how helpful she and her team were in our work. I will be making sure that legal services moving forward here in VT will always be working with her and her team so long as they will tolerate me.

We bought one house and sold another this year, both with the help of Attorney Brooke Trottier. For each closing we were struck by how well organized and timely Brooke and her team were, making what could have been a stressful process much easier. We used Brooke to manage the closing of our house. She got the job done but I cannot recommend her services for other first time homebuyers - Brooke seemed irritated at any questions we asked during the closing, was condescending in her explanations, and overall made the process very unenjoyable. She didn't even say congratulations when we had signed the last paper! If you've purchased many homes before, this all may be fine.
