Halcyon at West Bay is one of the best decision our family has made for the care of our mother. I cannot say enough about the level of care and attention the staff provides on a daily basis to include everyone from adminstration, nursing, kitchen, maintenance, cleaning, bridges program, and drivers!! Beautiful community with just as wonderful caring staff!
While we didn’t end up choosing an ALF quite yet, Paige was incredibly helpful in touring multiple times and being so supportive and patient with all our questions. A reassuring experience and beautiful facility!
