Susan was so attentive and helpful for some issues I had with billing. Knowing that people like her are a part of this team makes me feel so comforted and safe for me and my loved ones!!
The food was fantastic. 100,000 times better that a nursing home. But every time my friend left for a meal, staff riffled through her belongings and repeatedly stole money from her.
