I do not recommend Brookdale as a care place for anybody's parents it is run by a Cold Hearted Woman the staff is excellent but their hands are tied because the management is not giving them what they need to assist our aging parents
Brookdale Concord Place in Concord NC has gone down hill quite a bit in the last year. My Mom has been there almost 6 years and the last year has been terrible. I would not currently recommend Brookdale place to anyone.
Much too restrictive vendor payment plan for small businesses ( like Treble Clefs band, Tampa) tripled the red tape from when payment was local, and at performance...forced to tattoo "Brookdale" on forehead and carry sandwich board...LIGHTEN UP BROOKDALE...to get access to good talent....
