My family and I recently toured Rittenhouse Village Pittsford with Emily, and we had an excellent experience. Emily was incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, and compassionate. She took the time to answer all of our questions without making us feel rushed and explained the community's memory care approach in a way that was easy to understand. I recently visited this community and was truly impressed. The building is thoughtfully designed to feel like a real home, creating a warm and welcoming environment for both residents and visitors. The community was clean, calm, and clearly tailored for residents with dementia, including well-designed sensory spaces that add to the peaceful atmosphere.
