Very happy, friendly helpful staff. Mom was very happy, fit in easily. Were very responsive to our family issues. Would highly recommend.
Brookdale Pittsford is a lovely, caring memory care home for my precious father, full of enthusiastic and loving staff who go out of their way to take care of my dad with his Alzheimer’s. I am so thankful for the wonderful care he receives, the many activities including music therapy, pet therapy, and daily exercise. Thank you to the kind and loving staff for the caring, highly skilled care my father receives.
Moved Mom to Brookdale in early 2024. We toured several facilities, but this one felt more "homey" than the others. All the staff we spoke with seemed to identify with Mom's situation and understood what we felt she needed. There have been some recent upgrades to the facility and it's looking very good.
