Brookdale Penn Hills (edit) I'm editing my review to reflect the fact that everyone at Brookdale Pen Hills with the possible exception of one has been notably helpful, polite and friendly. My early review was based on the fact that I have been IMO both baited and switched and gouged. My opinion about that has not changed. They did raise mu mother's fees almost the moment my mother moved in, knowing I would be reluctant to make her move again. They also still have a $500 monthly fee for getting supplies which I am able to do ... read more
