The staff at Brookdale is *amazing*! They really went above and beyond in getting my mom moved in quickly and comfortably - being available over a holiday weekend and working closely with us and with my mom's rehab center to get all necessary paperwork complete. Brookdale Assisted Living in Onalaska WI is a great place. My Mother in law is a resident there and she gets top notch care. Staff are knowledgeable and love the residents they care for. I am always kept up to date with her care and her room is always clean and orderly. Billie is a wonderful leader and I recommend Brookdale Assisted living to any one looking for great care.
