I really like the friendliness of this place...the activities director is doing a great job. She really makes this place fun. If my mom was alive this would be the place.the staff is great and they really work as a team.

The staff at Navion of New Bern are wonderful. They take great care of the residents. The facility is clean, doesn't smell bad, and improvements are constantly being made. I would have given 5 stars but there are a few processes that need to be improved to assure that tasks are done consistently and the best they can be done. The people in key leadership positions at this facility are relatively new and they are working to improve all aspects of care.

My 99-year-old father has lived at this facility for about two years. The current Navion owners took over management in January, 2025. Care was good before, but is excellent with Navion. All caregivers are loving, positive and competent. Nursing care is wonderful, which is a major concern since we need catheter care, which requires close monitoring.
