I have over two years of experience dealing with this Brookdale location. I can assure you, they are more concerned about their Stickley furniture investment than they are about the food they serve their residents. Two years of regular, ongoing billing issues and charges for services not received. Intentional? Or incompetence? It’s hard to say. And then one day, the “care manager” decided my mother had “given up” and they were no longer equipped to care for her. We were given 5 days to move out and find another place for her... read more
