I am one of the Doctors who visits the community to perform in-home patient care. The community is very well managed with very professional staff and managers. Katie the director is by far one of the best directors I’ve worked with. She goes above and beyond to take great care of each patient. She is attentive to patient needs and communicates their needs with us quickly and thoroughly. I would recommend this facility to my own family members.
Very consistent, caring and compassionate nursing staff every time I am in the facility.
The community is clean, welcoming, and feels like home. There are always activities and opportunities for socialization, which has made such a positive impact on our loved ones happiness and overall well-being. Thank you to the entire staff and management at Lake Haven for all you do.
