My mom moved in 3 months ago. I have found the staff to be very caring and attentive, always available and responding to our concerns. Folks must understand that there are adjustments to this kind of living arrangement. It is a process that the residents (and their families) must go through. I really appreciate all the efforts by every staff member I have met. There are staffing challenges that I believe all senior living facilities are facing and this group is managing it well.
