I am unsure regarding the service of this facility, but I am aware about the director Alina Torregosa and how she mistreats the staff. It is my understanding that the director and people in charge of the building should set an example for their staff and hold everyone accountable when mistakes are made from either employees or residents. Alina has a few favorites in that building, and chooses to treat everyone else in a very aggressive and harsh way, and that is not OK. Something needs to be done about her being in office.
My parent has been at the facility for 3+ years and the quality of the facility and its services has declined drastically in that timeframe. becoming quite disenchanted and dissatisfied with the overall quality.
Great facility and caring. Natalie Meier was my initial contact. She is the best! John Hunter is in a great care facility. Brookdale Evesham gives me great peace of mind for John Hunter.
