my mom just came here for rehab, they did not check on her did not bring her a bedside potty but wanted her to wear a depends. very unprofessional, and unexceptable
I entered this facility in mid August after having been hospitalized and not progressing far enough in rehab to be safe at home alone. Although I did not want to have to be there, it is exactly where I needed to be to recover. The staff is made up of very caring individuals who go above and beyond to support the residents in being as independent as possible while providing the care needed to keep them safe and healthy. New to this community.. very warm and welcoming when you come through the door. Staff are very helpful. If it’s something you want to know, and they are unsure of the answer, they will find someone to direct you in the right path. Great place to live, great place to work!!! Staff is excellent and experienced in the field, food is great and we treat residents like family. Koi pond is awesome too.

After being accepted into the community, with an initial payment of over $5000, my mother was moved out in the middle of the night for a non-emergancy concern to a hospital of their choosing, after only 5 days. She spent the next month at this facility as Brookdale would not allow her to return due to a non stageable minor sore on her skin. Brookdale stated that they were not able to maintain her with this concern. Walking into the community gives you a warm feeling of WELCOME!! Staff is friendly and very helpful. I encourage you to take a tour. They have wonderful activities and events every month. The community is Assisted CBRF Living with a Memory Care Community. Their food includes four options every meal. Delicious.
