Called with questions about assisted living for family member. Spoke with Megan, she was absolutely wonderful. Polite, professional and gave me more information than I knew to ask. She helped in lifting a burden that was on my mind with just her information and compassion.

Awful, is the best thing we can say. We love our family member too much to leave them in this place!! I've observed ceilings dripping into trash cans countless visits, disgusting carpeting and huge annual rate increases ($400 to $500) and a Manager tell the staff member to tell us he is too busy to simply talk to us. BTW, there are NO GENERATORS, so we are told, so the elevator and heating/ AC, etc... have been down MUTLIPLE TIMES and our handicapped loved one has had no other choice but to walk up a and down a stairwell. The facility smells of urine and we’ve been told they have bed bugs. However, it’s almost impossible to speak with someone in management that seems to care about our concerns, or ever does anything about them. We’re currently looking for another facility.

The administration is wonderful and the staff. Mrs carol, Amy, Michael. The dining services however has become awful. My mother has mad multiple bad experiences. This photo is of her salad. As you can see it’s only lettuce. And no dressing -no vegetables. They only have two people Working at sometimes and many of the residents sit with food and no beverage for almost 30 minutes. This is an easy fix to hire more people for dining or better quality
