The staff is never available when residents need assistance, and maintenance requests take far too long to be addressed. The laundry room is always disorganized and dirty, and the utility sink is often left with food and other messes in it. There is one housekeeper who does an excellent job, but unfortunately, another one consistently does the bare minimum and leaves basic cleaning undone. Communication, seriously, lacking, new activities directed doesn’t know how things were done before it would help her to know and if she chooses to change things, I think that would be up to us not her or at least have a dialogue so we would understand one another
