All The negative comments are actually true. I Toured this place - staff were visibly defeated, building was in need of serious up keep, and residents looked like prisoners. I asked point blank about the things I saw- the response was - we are sending someone from corporate to help - lol turns out, that person never really ever visited- is all talk and no real world experience that is actually needed / like how the little things matter - paint - vacuum- sun shine and treating the folks who live there like it’s their home and... read more

I would like to add that the facility needs bus drivers..The residents r paying for the bus service to Dr appointments and it should be available to them..also CNAs should accompany residents on bus trips to sight see at beachs as well as just taking rides..I agree with Cadna Goncalves that the residents r locked up, without much stimulation...The doors should be opened to the outside on the memory care side so residents may sit outside if they so desire..Winter is very long on Cape Cod, and the residents deserve some superv... read more
