Communication, seriously, lacking, new activities directed doesn’t know how things were done before it would help her to know and if she chooses to change things, I think that would be up to us not her or at least have a dialogue so we would understand one another
All The negative comments are actually true. I Toured this place - staff were visibly defeated, building was in need of serious up keep, and residents looked like prisoners.
