I lived at the Gables for 6 months, leaving this month (April). My stay was a horrible experience. In the 6 months, my unit flooded 4 times, the kitchen sink and the toilet. It was dirty, especially the hallways. Staff and activities were OK. Now living at Linden Knoll Senior Appts., which I highly recommend. Good luck.
As a former resident of the The Gables of Brighton I'm happy to report that as of my leaving 10/01/2025 there have been some significant improvements overall. Food, maintenance, activities and other areas deficient in the past have improved. There is a ways to go but in my current assessment of The Gables I'm happy to report improvements across the board. Delivery here is very difficult it's all reserved parking no parking or handicap parking
