I asked Brook to help me with my spinal stenosis; he helped a lot. I also have peripheral neuropathy in my feet; so I asked him for more help. The impact of his work was startling; his ‘digging pressure’ on a spot in the sole of my foot really invigorated my damaged nerves. I felt the benefit for say 18 hours. For the last 18 months, Brook has kept me walking pain-free and avoiding a hip replacement. He knows the body and how everything works together so that our work is integrated and effective, not simply chasing symptoms. I highly recommend Brook Tarrant as a physical therapist. Brook gave me excellent treatment for my tendinitis and my sciatic pain in my left leg. Not only was the treatment excellent, but the atmosphere of kindness and joy ministered to my spirit helped me heal emotionally as well. Brook is so knowledgeable about the workings of the body.
