My experience with the Cedar Springs and Newaygo locations has been horrendous. I will give both ZERO stars because I have tried contacting both locations via the website to schedule a tour of the facilities. Even tried phone calls. No response from either location to emails or calls (Newaygo 2 weeks and counting). If this is any indication of the level of attention/care your loved one will receive in either of the locations in my opinion you would be further ahead to put them in a kennel.
