I must acknowledge that this company exemplifies the height of unprofessionalism. I requested the pickup of a vehicle I had purchased in Brooklyn, and the manager assured me that the driver would arrive at the designated location by 10:30 a.m. Upon my arrival, the driver was absent, and despite multiple attempts to contact the company, my calls and messages went unanswered. Highly recommend!! After waiting over 5 hours for our insurance company to tell us they couldn’t help, we called Bronx towing! Carlos was there in 25 minutes and towed our car all the way to eastern Long Island! Thank you!!

Eric & Carlos were amazing! A total pleasure. They were so kind and informative. Extremely helpful. They helped me with my tires & rims too. Gave me great advice on a couple things like how to prevent theft. They went above and beyond to make my experience nice & easy. They get things done quick too which was great!
